The AFN Command Center Insights reference guide is intended to provide you with an overview on each Insights Dashboard. This guide covers various data elements,calculations and metrics, that are commonly seen and used across the AFN Command Center, Accounting and Encompass Platform.
What is AFN Command Center Insights?
AFN Command Center Insights is a reporting tool consisting of over 60+ widget reports. This reporting allows AFN team members to effectively manage their loan activity, pipeline management, scorecards and answer important business questions using historical and forecasted data.

- Data load is refreshed and reloaded every 15 minutes
Components of AFN Command Center Insights
- Dashboards: The main summary page that contains all of the content.
- Dashboard Tabs: The subcategories of dashboards that contain widget reports, filters and drill-downs.
- Widget Reports: The aggregations of data that makeup a dashboard.
- Metrics: The numerical values and calculations that appear in reports.
- Loan Data: The raw loan information pulled in from Encompass and other sources.
