Command Center Menu Items

American Financial Network built the Command Center platform to help branches gain insight into their reporting data and provide supporting documentation. It is a one-stop shop for loan officers to manage their pipeline and for upper management to get a view of their territories performance. 

Depending on your permission settings, these menu items will be available to you:


Menu Item

Definition

Home

Main/default dashboard view. 

Clock In/Out

For users that need to clock in and out of their shift (including breaks and meals) from Command Center instead of logging on to Paycom. 

Pipeline

View your Encompass pipeline. 

Loan Query

Quickly see a high-level view of a loan.

Intranet

AFN's internal resources such as: bulletins, procedures, product guidelines, training materials and other types of documentation.  

  1. Use the Search function    to display company-wide documents from the AFN Intranet. 

Marketing

Access AFN's marketing materials, AFN Store, webinar registrations and etc. 

Financials

View P&L, Funded Loan Reports and General Ledger for your branches. 

Market Intelligence

Presents AFN-aggregated nationwide closed loan data that can be used to validate closed loan volume for a specific loan officer, or search for loan officers that do volume that meets a user's criteria. 

i.e. FHA purchases in Brea

Comp

Directs the user to Compensafe: system that auto calculates the loan officer's commission. 

MBS

MBS Highway - Market Overview. Provides real estate data for every county in the U.S. with historical and forecasted rates of appreciation to show your client the financial opportunity that exists with purchasing a home. 

Do Not Call

AFN's Do Not Call List is to search for consumers who have expressly asked to not be contacted by AFN. This is separate from the National Do Not Call Registry. 

Forums

A place for Branch Managers and upper management to communicate with each other.
