CompenSafe: Branch Administration Setup of Employee's Payroll

Review the setup of Compensation Schedules and Allocations for each employee at your branch. 

Branch Administration Setup of Employee's Payroll

1. Navigate to Comp from the left-hand menu. 


2. Enter your AFN email address and password. 


3. You will be directed to thafncorp.CompenSafe.com Dashboard. 
4. Click on the Payroll drop-down menu and select Br Payroll Menu


5. Under Review Setup  the Branch Manager can view all employee's payroll setup for their branch. 

  1. Compensation Schedules By Employees: View the Active Compensation Schedules Per LO report where you can review all current compensation schedules for all employees at your branch. 
  2. Allocations by Employees: View the Allocations by Employee report where you can review all current allocations for all employees at your branch. 


Compensation Schedules by Employee

View the Active Compensation Schedules Per LO report where you can review all current compensation schedules for all employees at your branch. 











  1. Br #: Branch number of the employee. Click to view the details of that branch.
  2. Employee: Name of the employee. Click to view the employee’s details page.
  3. Position: Employee’s position.
  4. Assign: Assignment paid by the schedule.
  5. Start: Start date of the schedule (same as the schedule’s Activation Date). This is the Effective Date listed on the LO Addendum A or override agreements. 
  6. Schedule: Name of the compensation plan.
  7. Pay Unit: Schedule payment in BPS or a flat amount.
  8. Min/Max Per: If the loan has a min/max, this is the per schedule activation or per tier.
  9. Min $: Brief description of the minimum(s) amount for the schedule. Click for more details.
  10. Max $: Brief description of the maximum(s) amount for the schedule. Click for more details.
  11. Alloc by Source: Lists the loan source allocation, if applicable.


Allocations by Employee

View the Allocations by Employee report where you can review all current allocations for all employees at your branch. 


















  1. Br #: Branch number of the employee. Click to view the details of that branch.
  2. Employee: Name of the employee. Click to view the employee’s details page.
  3. Allocation: Name of the allocation assigned to the employee. Click to view the details of the allocation.
  4. Active: Date the allocation was activated.
  5. Pay To: Who receives payment from the allocation.
  6. Pay Type: Pay type of the allocation. Typically Bonus, Commission, or Marketing.
  7. Timing: Payment timing of the allocation.
  8. Per: How often the allocation is triggered. 
  9. Loan Source: Only apply to loans with this source (if applicable).
  10. Calc Type: Brief description of how the allocation is calculated.
  11. LO Notification: Date the Loan Officer was notified of the allocation.
  12. LO Confirmation: Date the Loan Officer confirmed the allocation.
  13. Visible LO: Whether or not the allocation is visible to the Loan Officer.
