CompenSafe: How to Log In for the First Time
When the Commissions Team receive an employee's LO Addendum A and/or agreement for an override, they will activate the employee's account in CompenSafe and allow login access. This will trigger CompenSafe to send a Welcome Email (Welcome to CompenSafe) to the employee's AFN email address. The "Welcome to CompenSafe" email will be sent to the employee every 7 days, up to 3 emails until the employee logs into the CompenSafe account.
If the employee has not logged into their CompenSafe account after 21 days and wants to gain access, they can request a password reset on login page.
Employees who have not received a welcome email from CompenSafe, but would like to obtain access needs to send an email to Commissions@afncorp.com.
