CompenSafe: Lead Source Change Requests
Lead Source is a term used by AFN to identify how a lead is sourced. It is the basis for calculating a Loan Officer's commission. Once a loan is funded, the lead source cannot be changed. If a lead source change is needed to adjust a Loan Officer's commission, an exception approval from Jonathan Gwin is required for the change to happen in Encompass.
Types of Lead Sources:
- Self-Generated is used for leads that are generated by the employee.
- Company-Generated is used for leads that are provided by AFN to the employee.
- Internal Referral is used for leads that are provided by a branch to another or by an employee to another.
This is where a lead source is located in Encompass.
