CompenSafe: Role Assignment Change Requests

Role assignment is where an employee is assigned to the loan in Encompass based on how they are working on the loan/file. This role information integrates into CompenSafe and becomes the basis for calculating the commission or override. 

This is where the role assignment fields can be located in Encompass. 

Role assignment changes cannot be made in CompenSafe. If a change is needed either to assign an employee to a role or update an employee's assignment from an existing role to another, the change must be made in Encompass by the Branch Relations Team.
