CompenSafe: Verify or Dispute a Compensation Payment

Verify or dispute compensations paid to you in CompenSafe, to confirm the payment amount on the loan and total payment applied to the pay cycle. 

Verify or Dispute a Compensation Payment

1. Navigate to Comp from the left-hand menu. 


2. Enter your AFN email address and password. 


3. You will be directed to the afncorp.CompenSafe.com Dashboard. 
4. Click on the Payroll drop-down menu and select Verify Pay. 


5. The Loan Compensation Verification will list the pay date at the top. View all compensation transactions and click on the Loan Number to view more information in detail. 
6. To the right lists two icons:
  1.  Verify compensation payment
  2.  Dispute compensation payment
   

7. Click on the green checkmark  to verify the compensation payment on the loan record. 
Note: This is not required for payment of compensation. AFN will pay the calculated compensation with or without the verification.


8. Click on the red "X"  to dispute a compensation payment and provide a reason for the dispute. 




9. When a transaction has been disputed, the reason for the dispute will appear in the Activity Log.  The AFN Commissions Team will review the disputed claim and will respond to your request.
