CompenSafe: View All Commission Calculations
View the summary of commissions and bonuses for all loans completed and funded within a pay period.
View All Commission Calculations
1. Navigate to Comp from the left-hand menu.
2. Enter your AFN email address and password.
3. You will be directed to the afncorp.CompenSafe.com Dashboard.
4. Click on the Payroll drop-down menu and select Payroll Summary.
5. The Payroll Commission and Bonus Summary page appears. The Payroll Summary will automatically default to the compensation to be paid for this payroll period. Adjust the Date Range at the top-right to view the pay period in question.
6. The Payroll Commission and Bonus Summary contains:
- Br #: Branch associated with the loan.
- Employee: AFN Team member assigned to loan. Click the link to be redirected to the Employee Details page.
- Loan #: Loan number. Click the link to be redirected to the closed Loan Details page.
- Borrower: Borrower last name.
- LA: Loan amount.
- Source: Referral source of loan, also known as the Lead Source in Encompass. i.e. Self-Generated, Company-Generated or Internal Referral
- Lien: Type of lien position on the loan.
- Appl: Date of application milestone.
- Lock: Date the loan’s interest rate is locked, also known as the Lock Date.
- Completed: Date the loan became compensation payable, also known as the Funded Date.
- Pay: Date compensation is payable.
- Gross: Gross commission expressed in a dollar amount.
- Gross BPS: Gross commission earned expressed in basis points
- Adjust: Dollar amount of adjustments made to loan. Adjustments can be from tier bumps or from manual adjustments to the loan.
- Net: Total commission after all allocations and deductions have been applied as a dollar amount.
- Net BPS: Total commission after all allocations and adjustments have been applied as basis points.
- Bonus: A form of compensation and the payment type paid from the loan.
- Total: Total amount of compensation earned
