View the Loan Record Details in CompenSafe
Users can access their loan record details in CompenSafe to view the compensation paid amount and synced loan data from Encompass.
View the Loan Record Details
1. Navigate to Comp from the left-hand menu.
2. Enter your AFN email address and password.
3. You will be directed to the afncorp.CompenSafe.com Dashboard.
4. Click on the Payroll drop-down menu and select Comp Snapshot.
5. Adjust the Date Range at the top-right.
6. In the Compensation Snapshot, click on a Loan Number to view the Loan Record Details.
7. The Loan Summary will be listed on the left-side and the Compensation tab will be displayed. View the compensation breakdown for the loan selected: plan name, notes, commission type, basis points (BPS), amount to be paid based on tier and paid date.
8. Click on the Details tab to view the loan information, terms, stats, property details and monthly payment information.
9. Click on the Activities tab to view dates on certain status, activities, documents and system changes took place.
10. Click on the Contacts tab to view the contacts associated with the loan record on file.
11. Lastly, click on the Investor tab to view the Investor information.
