Anything that we cannot resolve with CompenSafe systems issue, the Commissions Team will escalate this to the CompenSafe Support Team.
At this time, CompenSafe handles employees' commission and commission override information.
Payroll matters that do not concern commissions and commission overrides, such as bonus, hourly pay, salaries, guarantee, recoverable draws and balances, benefit deductions and payroll taxes are addressed by the AFN Payroll Team. Please email those issues to Payroll@afncorp.com.
