Do Not Call List

AFN's Do Not Call List is to search for consumers who have expressly asked to not be contacted by AFN. This is separate from the National Do Not Call Registry.

View a Borrower/Prospect on AFN's Do Not Call List

      1. To search for a consumer's number/email on AFN's Do Not Call List, can be done in three ways: Upload File, Phone Number/Email Address Search and Advanced Search.
  1. Upload File: Excel file hat includes the Phone Number and Do Not Contact Status fields.

  1. Advanced Search
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Street Address
    4. City 
    5. State
    6. Zipcode
    7. Phone Number
    8. Email Address



      2. Enter the information and click on Search. The results will display the information and the Do Not Call Status.
