The Funded Loan Report lists most of the revenues and expenses for each funded loan between a funding date range per Encompass.
Tips:
- Transactions will appear one day after the transaction has been posted in the Accounting system.
- Command Center Financials data refreshes nightly around 1am PDT. This means:
- If Accounting posts: an invoice, payment, reclass or any transaction today, you will see it reported in Command Center Financials the next day.
- Fundings will show in Command Center Financials in two business days after the funding date.
- Use the menu bar options at the top of the Funded Loan Report to perform actions:
View the Funded Loan Report
1. Navigate to Financials from the left-hand menu.
2. Funded Loan Report is the second tab on the Financials page. Select your Branch, Date Beginning and Date Ending (best practice to enter a full month date range), then click on View Report.
- Note: If a drop-down menu doesn't automatically disappear, click on the drop-down menu again to make it disappear.
