How does the LO Addendum A Relate to the Compensation Plan in CompenSafe
The LO Addendum A is the Loan Officer's compensation agreement for receiving commissions from AFN. Once these agreements are approved by HR, they are sent to the Commissions Team to setup the employee's compensation plan in CompenSafe. Once the agreement and compensation plans are aligned, the loan officer can now receive commission on their loans.
