How to Create Leads in Lead Wizard




The Lead Wizard provides a quicker and user-friendly tool to enter loan leads in Command Center. Its easy-to-use interface walks you through the lead setup, and referral data is kept in one place.  

How to Create Leads in Lead Wizard

      1. Navigate to Lead Wizard from the left-hand menu. 
     
      2. The Lead Wizard navigates the user through a series of referral steps. Select the Referral Type for the Lead: Business or Individual



      3. Select the Type of Business SourceRealtor or Financial Planner. Click Show More to select other options for the Type of Business Source



      4. Enter the Business Name. Click Next
      Note: If you have entered a previously used Business Name, a drop-down will appear to select the repeating referral.  



      5. Enter the Business Address. Click Next



      6. Enter the Referral Name. Click Next



      7. Enter the Referral Name's Phone Number (Optional) and Email Address. Click Next



      8. Confirm the Referral's Information. Click Yes to proceed with the lead wizard. 



       9. Select the Type of Loan the borrower is requesting: Purchase or Refinance



      10. Select the Purpose of Purchase/Refinance. This changes depending on the loan type selected in the previous step. 



      11. Enter the Borrower's Information. Click Next



      12. Confirm the Borrower's Information
      13. Click the pencil icon  to make adjustments to the borrower's information and/or click  to add a co-borrower on the lead. 
      14. Click Create
      Note: You can run a Hard Credit Pull when entering the lead in the Lead Wizard. Click on  to run a hard pull credit on the borrower(s). Permission and agreement to the Terms and Conditions is required to run a Hard Pull Credit. Once you receive the borrower's permission and agreement, proceed with the Hard Credit Pull. Social Security Number is required to run credit. 



      15. View the lead data entered in the Lead tab of Loan Workbench. Click the pencil icon  on each section or click  to include more information on the Lead. 
      16. Borrower Notes are optional. A date and timestamp will be included on every lead note in Command Center.  



      17. Leads entered in Command Center will be stored in the Prospect tab until it has been sent to Encompass. Click  to push the lead to Encompass. A loan number will be assigned to the Lead and will appear in the Pipeline view
      Note: You can run credit pulls in Command Center before the lead is sent to Encompass. Once the lead is sent to Encompass, credit pulls will no longer be available in Command Center.
