Command Center's Lead Wizard on a mobile device walks you through an easy-to-use interface to enter leads and referral data is kept in one place. Leads can be synced with Encompass once the information is in Command Center.
Enter Leads on a Mobile Device
1. On your mobile device, open your web browser and enter www.afncc.com. 2. Enter your AFN email address and password.
3. Navigate to Lead Wizard from the left-hand menu, and walk through a series of questions to enter the lead in Command Center.
4. Referral Type: Was the buyer referred by a Business or an Individual?
5. If you select Business in the previous screen, select the type of business source.
If you select Individual in the previous screen, how would you describe the person?
6. Who referred this borrower? Enter their First and Last Name.
7. Enter the Referring Provider's information: Address, Telephone Number and Email.
8. Confirm the Referring Provider's information. Click Yes to continue.
9. What type of loan is the borrower requesting?
10. Select the Loan Type from a Purchase or a Refinance.

11. Enter the Borrower's Information: First and Last Name, Address, Telephone Number and Email.
12. Confirm the Borrower's Information. Click the pencil icon to make adjustments. Click the plus sign icon to add a Co-borrower on the lead.
13. Click to create the lead in Command Center.
14. You will be redirected to the record in Loan Workbench. Click the pencil icon on each section or click to include more information on the Lead.
15. Borrower Notes are optional. A date and timestamp will be included on every lead note in Command Center.
16. Leads entered in Command Center will be stored in the Prospect tab until it has been sent to Encompass. Click to push the lead to Encompass. A loan number will be assigned to the Lead and will appear in the Pipeline view. Note: You can run credit pulls in Command Center before the lead is sent to Encompass. Once the lead is sent to Encompass, credit pulls will no longer be available in Command Center.
