How to Log into your Mimecast Personal Portal

Mimecast is AFN's secure email server to protect users from spam and phishing emails. The Online Mimecast Personal Portal is another web version of your Microsoft Outlook Inbox, where you can compose and reply to your messages online.

There may be times where you are unable to access your Microsoft Outlook Inbox. However, your email messages will always be saved and stored on Mimecast for you to access anytime. 

How to Log into your Mimecast Personal Portal

1. Open your web browser and go to login.mimecast.com 

2. Enter your Email Address and click Next. 

3. Mimecast will redirect you to your Command Center login page for Single Sign-On (SSO). Enter your AFN Email Address and Email Password. Click Sign In.

4. The Mimecast Apps page will appear. Select Mimecast Personal Portal. 

5. Now you are able to access your Mimecast Outlook Inbox where you can compose and reply to your messages.
