How to Reset my Password in CompenSafe
All active AFN employees have CompenSafe accounts. View this help article to learn how to reset your forgotten password.
How to Reset my Password
1. Navigate to Comp from the left-hand menu.
2. Click Forgot password? Click here to reset.
3. Type your company provided email address in the text box, and click Send New Password. An email will be sent to the user with a link to reset the password. This link will expire in 24 hours timeframe and is configurable by AFN, but on average, it expires if not used in 24 hours.
4. From the Reset Password page, create a new password using the password requirements by typing it into the two textboxes.
Password Requirements:
Must contain at least one number.
Must contain at least one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter.
Must be at least eight characters in length.
Password must be unique for at least three password values. This can be configurable by client.
After five unsuccessful attempts, your account will be locked.
5. Click Change Password. Your new password is now changed and you will be redirected to the CompenSafe Dashboard.
In case system does not allow the reset because your account is locked, contact Commissions@afncorp.com to unlock the account. The Commissions Team will advise next steps, and the employee may proceed with the password reset.
