How to Update my Biography on the Loan Officer Website
Enter in the email subject field: "Update Biography for LO Website" and include your biography information.
Once Marketing approves the request, the IT Team will update the biography on your loan officer website.
Loan Officer Customer Review Rating Criteria
Customer reviews will only display ratings 3 stars and up.
Verified customer reviews only. The Social Survey application validates the borrower's loan in Encompass.
Customer reviews require the borrower's agreement to share.
Max 100 testimonials per Loan Officer website.
