How to Enable the Team Roster on your Branch Website

Branch Managers need to email Helpdesk@afncorp.com to enable the team roster on their branch website. 


How to Update "About the Branch" Information on the Branch Website

  1. Send an email to Marketing@afncorp.com and cc Helpdesk@afncorp.com on the same email request. 
  2. Enter in the email subject field:" Update About the Branch Info on Branch Website" and include your branch information. 
  3. Once Marketing approves the request, the IT Team will update the branch information on the branch website. 

How to Update my Profile Photo on the Loan Officer Website

  1. Send an email to Marketing@afncorp.com and cc Helpdesk@afncorp.com on the same email request. 
  2. Enter in the email subject field:" Profile Picture Update for LO Website" and include your photo. 
  3. Once Marketing approves the request, the IT Team will update the profile photo on your loan officer website. 

How to Update my Biography on the Loan Officer Website

  1. Send an email to Marketing@afncorp.com and cc Helpdesk@afncorp.com on the same email request. 
  2. Enter in the email subject field: "Update Biography for LO Website" and include your biography information. 
  3. Once Marketing approves the request, the IT Team will update the biography on your loan officer website. 

Loan Officer Customer Review Rating Criteria

  1. Customer reviews will only display ratings 3 stars and up. 
  2. Verified customer reviews only. The Social Survey application validates the borrower's loan in Encompass.  
  3. Customer reviews require the borrower's agreement to share. 
  4. Max 100 testimonials per Loan Officer website. 

How to Update the Social Media Links on your Branch or Loan Officer Website

  1. Send an email to Marketing@afncorp.com and cc Helpdesk@afncorp.com on the same email request. 
  2. Enter in the email subject field: "Update Social Media Links on Website" and include your preferred social media links. 
  3. Once Marketing approves the request, the IT Team will update the social media links on your branch or loan officer website. 

Enable Apply Now Button on Branch Website

Branch Managers need to email Helpdesk@afncorp.com to enable the  button to AFN's Snap Application Lead Tool on their branch website.
