Lender Credit Request: Error Messages
Branch Managers can quickly request Lender Credits in Command Center under the Pipeline and Loan Workbench > Pricing page.
When requesting Lender Credits in Command Center, error messages may occur due to the following:
Scenario 1: Secondary review required
Lender Credit Requests may require another set of approval from the Secondary Team when the Loan Credit exceeds the Branch Margin.
The Secondary Team will review the Lender Credit Request within 24 hours and will reach out to the Branch Manager for further details.
Scenario 2: Loan is currently in use
The loan is currently open in Encompass and any changes or submissions will not be saved in Command Center. The Lender Credit request has not been made and will need to try again later.
Scenario 3: Lender Credit Requests have reached a maximum of 4 times
If Lender Credit Requests have reached their maximum of 4 times, Command Center will alert the user if a fifth request has been made. The Lender Credit Request will not go through and adjustments will need to be made in Encompass.
