Loan Workbench: Upload a Document

Upload Documents in Command Center to quickly transfer information into the loan application record.
  1. Documents such as an image, PDF or Word file can be uploaded to the Documents tab in Loan Workbench with these extensions: PDF, doc, docx, JPG, TXT, TIF, JPEG or JPE.
  2. Documents will be visible in both Command Center and in Encompass.
  3. Multiple documents can be uploaded at once.
  4. The size of the file cannot exceed 60MB.

Upload a Document

1. Navigate to Pipeline from the left-hand menu.
2. Double-click on a Loan Number, and select the Documents tab.

3. The default Unassigned list will be displayed. Drag your document(s) to the upload section. This is the only place you can upload documents into the loan application record in Command Center.

4. File(s) will be added to the page. Checkmark each document you want to upload, and click on Push the File  to upload the document to Command Center and to the loan record in Encompass. This will sync all documents in both systems instantly. You must perform this action every time you upload documents in Command Center or else the document(s) will not be saved into the loan record.

5. The document(s) have been uploaded and synced in both Command Center and Encompass systems. A Pushed on timestamp will be listed on the uploaded document.

6. Operations will organize and allocate the unassigned documents into the appropriate folder in Encompass. Once organized, the documents will be displayed in Command Center under the relevant Assigned section.
