Access the History of Lock Extensions and Lender Credit Requests
1. Navigate to Pipeline from the left-hand menu.
2. Click on a Loan Number and click on the Pricing tab.
3. At the bottom-right of the page will list the History of lock extensions and lender credit requests.
Lock Extension History
Branch Managers and Loan Officers can view their Lock Extensions Request History to see the timeline of extensions made on the borrower's loan.
Tips:
Viewing the history applies to lock extension requests that were initiated/requested in Command Center.
You can have a max of 5 completed lock extensions.
A single lock extension can only be pending at once.
When a Loan Officer requests a Branch Paid Lock Extension:
The Branch Manager "approves" the request within 3 hours, and will pass onto the Secondary Team for review.
If the Branch Manager or the Secondary Team has not approved the request, another email will be sent to the Branch Manager three hours after the initial request asking for their approval. This will happen once more.
If neither the Branch Manager or the Secondary Team has made a decision after the second reminder, an email will go to their Regional/Divisional Manager to make a decision on the lock extension.
Lender Credit Request History
Branch Managers and Loan Officers can view their Lender Credit Request History to see the latest combined requests made on the borrower's loan.
