AFN has provided a reporting tool for management to find and recruit Loan Officers and other branches to be part of the AFN Network. This information displays nationwide, closed loan data reported by the individual counties. Managers can use this tool to recruit members based on a certain state, county and cities they oversee.  These reports can also be used to validate closed loan volume for a specific Loan Officer. 

Tips:

1. The data will reflect current and historical information for the last 2 years.
   
2. Updates occur monthly, around the middle of the month. 
   
3. As you select a Filter, the data will load and refresh after each selection.
   
4. This information is available for Loan Officers, Branch Managers, Division Managers, Regional Managers and Executives. 
   

Managers can view the percent breakdown of closed loans by: Loan Purpose, Loan Types and Top Loan Officer By Units. 

The Loan Officer tables display the NMLS Agent Names, as well as their total Loan Count and Amount to the transaction level. 

These reports display the top 10 states by Loan Amount, as well as a Heat Map reflecting the loan amount data.
