Rate your colleague's performance on the loan through Command Center's Performance Surveys. Performance Surveys help assess a user's contribution to the completion of a loan.
When certain milestones have been reached, an email will be sent to the Rater to complete a survey. The survey will automatically appear in Command Center when you login.
Performance Survey Features:
- Ratee Name: First Name, Last Name (Position) of the person you are writing the survey on.
- Milestone Completion Date
- Loan Number and Borrower Name
- Rating Scale: Differs from the Rater and Ratee's Position (1: Poor to 5: Excellent)

- Comments Box: Provide feedback on the Ratee.
- Action Buttons:
- Submit: Submit survey response.
- Reset: Clear selections and start over.
- Skip: Skip the Ratee's survey at the moment.
- Exit: Close all surveys at the moment.
- #/# Surveys: Lists the number of surveys the Rater must complete within 7 days. New ones may be added when certain milestones have been completed.
Note: A survey will automatically be archived if it has not been completed within 7 days.
