Today's update is for Branch Managers and Loan Officers.


Locking Loans in Command Center - 
Get ready to lock loans in Command Center!
Loan Officers can lock loan rates in Command Center to easily view the best pricing and discount options for multiple lock periods all in one page. This will help speed up the process and improve the user experience of locking loans. 
Loan Officers will save extra steps when locked loan rates are automatically sent to Secondary for approval without logging into Optimal Blue.

Branch and Loan Officer Websites - 
Prospects and borrowers can navigate through our modern, user-friendly branch and loan officer websites. While there they can contact someone from their local branch and view AFN’s social media accounts or  view updated mortgage information and company culture. 
Please review your Branch/Loan Officer Sites to view your profile picture, biography and contact information. If your site is missing that information or you want it updated, please send change requests to Helpdesk@afncorp.com
  

Performance Surveys - 
Performance Surveys are making a comeback!
This week, we will launch Performance Surveys where you can rate your colleagues performance on the loan in Command Center. Your feedback will be helpful to asses a user's contribution on the completion of a loan.
Look for requests to fill out Performance Surveys in your email this week and when you log into Command Center.

2021 Loan Limits Increased in Qualifications - 


The Conventional (Max) Loan Limits in the Qualifications tab have increased by 7.42% on average for mortgages to be acquired by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in 2021. The new limits are effective for whole loans delivered and mortgage loans delivered into MBS with pool issue dates, on or after January 1, 2021.

Widgets - 

Pipeline Locks

Branch Managers can view their volume on total pipeline and total amount of locked loans to see their historical data and trends. Easily view how much loans you are processing at any given time.
 
 
Daily Pipeline Capture

Branch Managers and Loan Officers can view their daily loan volume trends on certain milestones throughout the loan application process.
 

Command Center Knowledge Base - 
Access help articles and help videos in Command Center to view instructions and documented procedures.
