Let’s kick off the new year with some Command Center updates!

Today's enhancements are for all Team Members.


Lock Extension History –

Managers and Loan Officers can view a loan’s history of lock extension requests made In Command Center to gain visibility of the requests made, and details such as Requested By and Request Dates.

 Request Lock Extensions When Someone is in the Loan –

Loan Officers can request lock extensions in Command Center when another user is in the same record in Encompass. This new feature is beneficial for lock extension requests sent to the Optimal Blue queue when multiple members are in the loan record. This automatic push will occur every 5 minutes until the Encompass record is cleared.

Credit Report Updates to the Qualifications Tab –

Loan Officers can pull credit and liabilities from the credit report to the Qualifications tab in Command Center, to prepopulate information needed to calculate the DTI. This will help streamline the assessment of the borrower’s finances.

Branch Team Members –

Potential borrowers can view their local AFN Branch Team Member list to directly contact an agent on suitable mortgage products and specialized programs.
