Loan Workbench: Contacts

View the loan application's point-of-contacts in Command Center to quickly communicate any questions and concerns on the loan. Users can see the Name, Email, Phone Number, Employer and Business Name will be listed on certain contacts. 

Contacts Listed on the loan:
  1. Borrower and Co Borrower(s)
  2. Agents: Buyer and Seller
  3. 3rd Party Contacts: Appraiser, Escrow, Title Insurance Company and Attorneys
  4. AFN Team Members working on the loan as it moves through the loan application process
  5. AFN Team Members closing and shipping the loan.
