Loan Workbench: Loan Summary

The Loan Summary page provides key important loan information in one view. AFN team members can see the timeline of milestones, key dates, access detailed loan data and perform swift actions in Command Center. 

In this view, users can quickly see high-level loan summary information in a: 15 days, 30 days, 45 days and 60 days timeline. 
  1. Loan Number
  2. Borrower Name
  3. Loan Amount
  4. Address
  5. Loan Purpose
  6. Occupancy
  7. Interest Rate
  8. Loan Program
  9. FICO Score
  10. LTV (Loan to Value Ratio)
  11. DTI (Debt to Income Ratio)
  12. Loan Processor Name
  13. Underwriter Name
  14. Funder Name



























Clicking on the timeline markers will display a calendar slide-in from the right listing Milestone Completion dates. This is helpful to determine how far the loan application process is moving along the pipeline. 
Two months will be listed, but users can view previous and future months by clicking on the arrows below. The default months listed will show when the loan application was "File Started"

All Milestones and Key Dates plotted on the calendar use the same color as the legend. This matches the color scheme from Encompass.

On the Loan Summary page, quickly view the loan fields from Encompass in Command Center. 

Command Center Loan Fields mapped to the Encompass Forms: 

  1. Loan Info = Doc Orders
  2. Borrower = AFN - Borrower Summary Origination
    1. If your AFN Outlook is open, you can send an email to the borrower from Command Center
  3. Open Condition
  4. LO Tasks are checklist items for Loan Officers to manage on the loan. 
          Alternately, you can click on LO Tasks Completion graph at the top-right to view the same information. 
  1. Loan Terms = 1003 Page 1
  2. Property = Property Information
  3. Lock = Secondary Summary
  4. Details of Transaction = 1003 Page 3
    1. LE/CD = Closing Disclosure Page 2
      1. Displays the loan costs in a view-only mode. 
    2. Itemization = 2015 Itemization
      1. Displays the entire loan itemization sheet in a view-only mode.
