Loan Workbench: Pricing Overview

Once the lock date has been set for the loan, view the loan application timeline and lock information in the Pricing tab of Command Center to know how many business days are left on the lock.
AFN team members can also quickly request lender credits and lock extensions in the Pricing tab, while viewing the last lender credit history change. 

Pricing Overview

      1. Navigate to Pipeline from the left-hand menu. 
      


      2. Double-click on a Loan Number and click on the Pricing tab. 



      3. View the Lock Info:
  1. Total Locked Days
  2. # of Business Days Left
  3. Lock Date
  4. Expiration Date
  5. Loan Program
  6. Interest Rate %
  7. LLPAS Adjustment Count
    1. Click View Detail to see the Adjustment Details.
    2. Total Adjustment Cost
  8. Borrower Price

   



      4. Actions:
  1. View Locked Parameters to see the Pricing details and access the  in the Documents tab of this loan. 
  2. Request Lock Extensions
  3. Request Lender Credit



      5. View History Change: Lock Extensions and Lender Credit Requests.





Note: If the lock date has been expired, you will receive a message when you select an Action to contact the Secondary team.
