Loan Workbench: How to View Your Loan Pricing




Present your borrower with different scenarios in Command Center to display the best pricing and discount options on their loan. 

The Pricing tab applies to loans that have:
  1. Ran a soft or hard credit pull (Credit Score is required)
  2. Fixed loans
  3. Loan Types: Conforming and FHA
  4. Product Type: Standard, Affordable, HARP, Student Loan and USDA Streamline
  5. DTI 

How to View Loan Pricing

       1. Navigate to Pipeline from the left-hand menu. 
      2. Double-click on a Loan Number, and select the Pricing tab. 



      3. To the right, will list the Existing Loan Information from Encompass. You can click  to update the existing loan record in Command Center. 



      4.  Click  to save any changes to the loan record in Command Center. 
      Note: Updates to the loan record can be pushed to Encompass from Command Center by clicking at the bottom of the Pricing page. 



      5. Enter the required Search Criteria to view the borrower's pricing options. If the required loan data to run pricing through Optimal Blue is missing, the fields will be listed on the left-hand side for the Loan Officer to fill.  
      6. Click 



      7. Any saved changes to the loan record from Command Center will update the loan record in Encompass. Click  to proceed with the pricing results from Optimal Blue. 



      8. Command Center will display three options: Best EligibleUnavailable Products and Ineligible Products. Click the Best Eligible arrow  to view the rate stack available for the borrower. 
          You can select  to view all eligible products the borrower is qualified for. 



      9. View the Best Eligible - Price:
  1. Rate
  2. P&I
  3. 12 Day Lock
  4. 25 Day Lock
  5. 40 Day Lock 
  6. 55 Day Lock



      10. Click  to display the Best Eligible - Discount options available for the borrower. 



View pricing options in Command Center to quickly display the best rates and discounts available for the borrower.
