Process Auto-Change on a Lead Source in Encompass

The Commissions Team processes an auto-change on a Lead Source to Internal Referral on loans in Encompass in the following situations:
  1. Loans processed through the referral desk.
  2. Loans with different originating branch IDs and Loan Officer's home branch ID. This is an indicator that the loan was a referral from one branch to another.

If the lead source was auto-changed, but the branch has a valid reason that it should not have been changed please email Commissions@afncorp.com for research and correction.
