What is the Relationship of Encompass with CompenSafe?
CompenSafe brings all your loan compensation data together, enabling you to manage, audit, analyze, and report on loan commissions and bonuses all in one place.
Loan information that comes through in CompenSafe are from the LOS system- Encompass. You can view the updated status of your compensation as loan funds and whenever changes happen to the funded loan in Encompass.
When a loan funds in Encompass, the funding information, such as the: loan number, loan amount, lead source, Loan Officer and other loan role assignments: Loan Processor, LOA, Inside Referral, Team LO, Loan Opener and etc. are integrated into CompenSafe. Loan data cannot be changed in CompenSafe. Any changes that need to be made must be done in Encompass by Branch Relations.
