Daily Responsibilities of a Branch Manager in CompenSafe

Branch Managers are responsible for producing and leading a mortgage team toward achieving AFN company goals.  Their daily office activities include: production goals, growth and profitability of the region, while being proactive in retaining current employees and managing performance.

In CompenSafe, here are the daily responsibilities of a Branch Manager:

 










  1. Verify PayTo validate employee compensation on each loan for the pay period. 
  2. Payroll SummaryView the summary of commissions and bonuses for all loans completed and funded within a pay period.
  3. Br Payroll Menu: To manage employee payroll transactions and compensation payments for the current payroll period.
  4. Comp Snapshot: View a short summary of compensation net pay and balance for each employee, per pay period.
