Check out the newest enhancements to Command Center!

Today’s update includes the new Processor Dashboards and adds the ability for users to request Lock Extensions and Lender Credits in Loan Workbench - Command Center.


Widgets –
Widgets provide high-level reporting insights into what metrics are important to you.

Processor Dashboards: This is a brand-new dashboard which allows Processors to be able to view various aspects of their performance at a glance.  This is a replacement for all Processor’s monthly excel scorecards. Command Center will contain the following widgets:
  1. Processor Rating
  2. Weekly Activity
  3. Scorecard Summary
  4. Top 20 Processors
  5. Active Pipeline by Bucket
  6. Product Breakdown

Loan Workbench -

Loan Workbench provides a quicker way to view the loan application at a high-level view.
Version 1 of Pricing will include the following:

Pipeline Enhancements:
  1. Loan Officers and Branch Managers will have the ability to request lock extensions
  2. Branch Managers will have the ability to request lender credits
Pricing Tab for Loan Officers:
  1. View locked parameters
  2. Request lock extensions
  3. View history of lender credits
Pricing Tab for Branch Managers:
  1. View locked parameters
  2. Request lock extensions
  3. Request lender credits
  4. View history of lender credits

What is Command Center?
Command Center is your internal portal to quickly access AFN’s operational information and web directories. Here you can view AFN’s procedures and policies by role, as well as relevant help information. Please click here to access these features.

Note: Your Command Center login is the same as your Microsoft Outlook login.
